• 3/4 oz Dijon mustard
• 2 Chipotle in adobo, 1 to 2 peppers
• 3/4 oz Red pepper flakes, red chili flakes
• 1/3 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1/3 tsp Black pepper, ground
