Emeril's Cocktail Sauce

Makes about 1 cup.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp Prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 3 dash Hot sauce, drops, optional
Directions
- Stir everything together in a small nonreactive bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
