Emeril's Russian Dressing
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Onion, yellow, minced
- 1 tbsp Pickles, dill, minced
- 1 tbsp Celery, minced
- 1 tbsp Parsley, leaves, minced
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- Salt
Directions
- Whisk everything except the salt until well blended. Salt to taste, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
