Lime Chimichurri

Half is used as a marinade and half as the finishing sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup Olive oil, Spanish
2 Lime, juiced
4 clove Garlic
2 Shallot, minced
1 tbsp Basil, fresh leaves, minced
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves, minced
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh leaves, minced
Salt
Black pepper

Directions

Combine everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Divide between 2 bowls; use one as a marinade and the other as the finishing sauce.
