Prep: 10 min | Cook: 300 min | Servings: 8

Inactive prep: 1 hour 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bbq seasoning, Lotta Bull Red Dirt, pork butt version
- 1 Boston butt, 3 to 4 pounds, trimmed of excess fat
Directions

- Preheat a grill or smoker to 300 degrees F.
- Cook over indirect heat until tender, 4 to 5 hours. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
